Returns are Easy!

If you receive any products that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund your purchase*.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Process a Return

1. Get your order number and email used when placing that order
2. Visit the Book a Return page
3. Select the items you wish to return and submit your request.
4. Print your return label and return your products via to Australia Post
5. Check your email confirming your that refund has been completed

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Items can be returned outside our standard returns periods if the product is faulty or the incorrect item was received.
